Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA is what cmmcalibrationstlouis.com is built to conform with. Accessibility is treated as part of the quality of this website.

The practical commitments behind that are text meeting contrast requirements, headings in a logical order, form fields carrying visible labels and clear error messages, images carrying text alternatives, and pages operable with a keyboard alone. Conformance is reviewed whenever pages change.

Two gaps are known and stated here, not left to be discovered. Third-party documents, including certificates and scope documents issued as PDFs, may not be tagged for screen readers. Older uploaded files may lack text alternatives.

Barriers are reported through the contact page, which also lists the contact details for the desk that handles them. Acknowledgement follows within three (3) business days.

Correction of the underlying page takes as long as it takes; in the meantime the information requested is supplied in an alternative format, whether plain email, large print, or read over the telephone. The barrier itself holds up no request.
